We are committed to delivering your orders in an efficient, timely, and reliable manner. Please review the following shipping policy for information regarding delivery times, shipping fees, and related terms.

1. Shipping Areas & Estimated Delivery Time

We currently ship to most areas within Singapore.

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after shipment.

Please note that the above delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier arrangements, public holidays, peak periods, or other factors beyond our control.

2. Shipping Areas & Restrictions

We currently support delivery to most local addresses within Singapore.

The following addresses or situations may not be supported or may have delivery limitations:

• P.O. Boxes;

• Parcel Lockers or similar self-collection lockers (delivery may not be available in some cases);

• Certain restricted-access locations;

• Special products restricted by transportation regulations.

If your delivery address is located in a restricted-access area (such as certain schools, office buildings, gated communities, or secured premises), delivery may take longer than usual.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer standard free shipping for eligible orders.

Additional shipping charges may apply for special delivery addresses, expedited shipping requests, or special delivery services. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or Singapore public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that during major promotional periods (such as 11.11, Black Friday, or 12.12), order processing times may be extended.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order through the following path:

My Account > My Orders > Order Details > Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor the delivery status in real time.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives with visible damage, please contact imoo Customer Support within 10 days after delivery.

We will assist you in communicating with the courier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please note:

• Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it;

• If the order has already been shipped, address change requests cannot be guaranteed.

Any additional risks, failed deliveries, or related costs arising from such changes may need to be borne by the customer.

8. Shipping Notice

Please ensure the following information is accurate before placing your order:

• Your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct;

• Orders can only be delivered within the country/region where the order was placed;

• If you entered an incorrect address, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

If you have any special delivery requests, please contact the imoo Customer Support team in advance.

9. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur under the following circumstances:

1. Deliveries to restricted-access locations may require an additional 1–3 business days;

2. Delays or failed deliveries caused by the recipient, including but not limited to:

o Incorrect or incomplete address;

o Address changes after shipment;

o Invalid contact information;

o No recipient available or refusal to accept the package;

3. Force majeure or external factors, including but not limited to:

o Severe weather conditions;

o Floods, heavy rain, or natural disasters;

o Traffic disruptions;

o Government actions or policy changes;

o Postal or courier service interruptions;

o Public emergencies or similar events;

4. Delays caused by air transportation or security inspection restrictions;

5. Packages being held, returned, or destroyed due to violations of shipping regulations;

6. Logistics delays during weekends, public holidays, or major promotional events;

7. Delivery restrictions caused by addresses located in secured or restricted-access areas (such as schools, office buildings, or gated communities).

10. Inspection & Delivery Acceptance

Please inspect the package and product condition promptly upon delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged, deformed, or abnormal, we recommend that you:

• Refuse the delivery; or

• Contact imoo Customer Support immediately before opening the package.

Once a package has been accepted and signed for (including by the recipient, family members, reception staff, or other authorized persons), it will be considered that the package appearance, quantity, and basic condition were confirmed without obvious issues.

To better protect your rights and interests, we recommend recording a complete unboxing video and checking the items against the packing list.

If you discover missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact imoo Customer Support within 24 hours after delivery so that we can assist you promptly.
