Warranty Policy
Thank you for purchasing an imoo product.
We are committed to providing professional and reliable after-sales support in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Singapore.
If any provision of this Warranty Policy is inconsistent with applicable Singapore laws, the applicable laws shall prevail.
1. Warranty Coverage
Under normal use conditions, your imoo watch is covered by the following warranty services from the date of purchase:
• Main device: 24 months
(The main device refers to the watch body only and does not include the watch strap.)
• Charging cable: 6 months
• Other accessories (including watch straps, SIM card covers, user manuals, packaging materials, etc.): not covered under warranty
If the purchase date cannot be verified, the warranty period will begin on the 90th day from the product manufacturing date.
30-Day Product Issue Guarantee
If the main device experiences a performance failure caused by non-human factors within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may request:
• A replacement with the same model; or
• A return and refund.
Singapore Consumer Rights Statement
Under applicable consumer protection laws in Singapore, consumers are entitled to certain statutory rights when purchasing goods.
If a product fails to meet reasonable quality standards, does not match its description, or has functional defects, you may be entitled under applicable law to request repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedies.
In addition to your statutory rights under applicable law, imoo also provides an additional 2-year limited warranty for added protection and peace of mind.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Singapore laws.
2. Our Commitment
If a product develops a defect during the warranty period, and the issue is not caused by accidental damage, misuse, or external factors, imoo will, depending on the circumstances:
• Replace the product with the same model or a product of equivalent value; or
• Refund the purchase price if a replacement product cannot be provided or where otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Situations Not Covered by Warranty
This warranty service does not apply under the following circumstances:
a. The warranty period has expired;
b. Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or failure to follow the product instructions;
c. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or maintenance;
d. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase or warranty documentation (unless the warranty period can be reasonably verified through other means);
e. Warranty documents have been altered, or product information does not match the documentation;
f. Damage caused by force majeure or external factors, including but not limited to floods, fires, lightning, natural disasters, or similar events;
g. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, including to the casing, watch strap, buckle, display screen, and similar parts;
h. Damage caused by the use of incompatible, non-compliant, or self-cut SIM cards;
i. Damage not related to product quality, including but not limited to water damage caused by cracked housing or screens, drops, impacts, crushing, deformation, or improper use;
j. Functional abnormalities or service unavailability caused by telecommunications operators or network service providers;
k. Damage caused by unauthorized software modifications, flashing, jailbreaking, rooting, or system tampering;
l. Any commitments made by dealers or third parties beyond the scope of this Warranty Policy are not the responsibility of imoo.
4. How to Apply for Warranty Service
To request warranty service, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
Please provide:
• Valid proof of purchase;
• A description of the issue;
• Relevant photos or videos (if applicable).
Step 2: Warranty Review
Once your request has been approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the designated return address.
Step 3: Prepare the Device Before Returning
Before returning the device, please ensure that:
• The watch has been unlinked from your account;
• All personal data has been deleted from the device.
imoo is not responsible for any data loss, leakage, or unrecoverable data resulting from failure to delete personal information before return.
Step 4: Return the Product
Please return the product according to the provided instructions.
For warranty claims that comply with this Warranty Policy and applicable legal requirements, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed depending on the circumstances.
