“Do Not Track” Signals

In addition, under California law, operators of online services are required to disclose how they respond to “do not track” signals or other similar mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personal information of a consumer over time and across third party online services, to the extent the operator engages in that collection. At this time, we do not respond to “do not track” signals. And we do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personal information about an individual’s online activities over time and across different online services.

For consumers residing in California, we do not share your personal data with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes.

Processing of Sensitive Personal Information

We only use or disclose (if applicable) sensitive personal information for purposes set forth in applicable laws thus do not process requests to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.

Notice of Right to Opt-out of Sale/Sharing

We do not sell your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable state privacy laws. However, we share certain personal information with third-party advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, which may constitute "sharing" under CCPA and similar state laws.

You have the right to opt out of such sharing at any time. To exercise this right, you may: (1) click "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in our website footer; (2) enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, which we automatically recognize and honor; or (3) contact us at [privacy email]. Once we process your opt-out request, we will stop sharing your personal information for targeted advertising purposes. Note that opting out does not affect our sharing of information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors and logistics providers, as such disclosures do not constitute "sales" or "sharing" under applicable privacy laws.

Shing The Light Law

For consumers residing in California, we do not share your personal data with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
