Warranty Policy (U.S.)

Thank you for purchasing an imoo product.

We are committed to providing you with reliable service in accordance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and relevant state laws.

Type of Warranty: Limited Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

From the original date of purchase, your imoo Watch Phone is covered under the following warranty terms when used under normal conditions:

• Main Unit (Watch Body, excluding strap): 12 months

• Extended Warranty: An additional 12-month extended warranty is provided for purchases made through the imoo Official Store (US site).

• Charging Cable: 6 months

• Other Accessories (such as straps, SIM card covers, manuals, etc.) are not covered under warranty.

If the original purchase date cannot be verified, the warranty period will be calculated as starting 90 days after the production date.

2. Our Commitment

If your product experiences a defect during the warranty period (excluding damage caused by misuse or other exclusions listed below), we will:

• Replace it with the same model or a product of equivalent value; or

• If replacement is not available, refund the purchase price.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

a) Products beyond the warranty period;

b) Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, storage, or failure to follow the user manual;

c) Unauthorized disassembly, maintenance, repair, or modification;

d) Absence of a valid warranty card or proof of purchase (unless the warranty period can otherwise be verified);

e) Altered or mismatched warranty cards or product serial numbers;

f) Damage caused by natural disasters (flood, fire, earthquake, lightning, etc.);

g) Normal wear and tear (such as on the case, strap, buckle, or screen);

h) Damage caused by the use of a self-cut SIM card;

i) Non-quality-related issues, including but not limited to:

• Water damage caused by a broken display or outer casing;

• Damage due to impact, crushing, bending, or improper use;

j) Malfunction caused by carrier or network service provider issues;

k) Damage caused by system modifications or unauthorized firmware flashing;

l) Verbal commitments made by resellers or distributors that go beyond this official policy.

4. How to Request Warranty Service

To file a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

a) Contact our Customer Support Team at service@us.imoostore.com.

b) Provide your valid warranty card and proof of purchase for verification.

c) Once verified, you will be instructed to return the defective product to the address provided by our customer service team.(Please unlink the watch from your account and erase all personal data before returning it. imoo is not responsible for any data leakage resulting from unremoved data.)

d) If your claim qualifies under this warranty policy, you may submit the relevant shipping receipt to the original seller for shipping cost reimbursement.

5. Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

If any part of this warranty conflicts with state law, that portion may not apply to you, and your rights will be governed by applicable state law.

6. Safety Statement & Parental Responsibility

This product is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

It is not a substitute for parental care or supervision.
