1. Shipping Areas & Delivery Time

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous states of the U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping is not available to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

2. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or certain remote locations.

  • Some restricted items may not be eligible for delivery to specific regions.

3. Shipping Fees

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $69.

For orders below this amount, the applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order directly from your imoo account:

My Account > My Orders > View Details > Tracking Information.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service within 10 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

To modify or cancel an order, please contact our support team at support@imoostore.com as soon as possible.

8. Shipping Notes

If you have special shipping requests, please contact imoo Customer Service before placing your order.

Be sure to double-check your shipping address before submitting payment.

If an incorrect address was entered, please contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to assist.

  • Orders can only be shipped within the country where the order was placed.

  • Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed, and any additional costs or risks will be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

imoo is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by any of the following:

1. Delivery to remote areas, which may take an additional 1–3 days.

2. Issues caused by the recipient, including but not limited to: address changes after shipment, incomplete or incorrect address, invalid contact information, or refusal of delivery.

3. Force majeure events, such as transportation disruptions, extreme weather, government actions, postal policy changes, wars, natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, typhoons, etc.), or similar events.

4. Packages containing items restricted by air transportation, such as prohibited goods, electronic devices, or fragile items.

5. Packages detained or destroyed due to violation of shipping regulations.

6. Delays during weekends, holidays, or peak festive seasons.

7. Deliveries to schools, offices, or gated communities where the courier cannot access the recipient.

10. Inspection & Receipt

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged or deformed, do not sign for it or open it—contact imoo Customer Service immediately.

Once you (or someone on your behalf) signs for the package, imoo will consider the order accepted and complete.

To protect your rights, we strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video and checking the contents against your packing list.

If you find any missing or damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for assistance.
