We provide Services for IMOO products and are the controller of Personal Information processed in connection with providing our Services to you, which means that we decide on the means and purposes of the processing of your Personal Information.

1. Personal Information Directly Provided by You

•If you register and sign in an Imoo account:Some of our Services require you to create an account. In these services, we may ask you to provide Personal Information to set up an account. Types of Personal Information include email address, username and password created.

•If you complete a personal profile: We may collect your username, email address and delivery addresses.

•If you order Services from us, or use a paid Service: We may collect your delivery details(including countries, cities and districts), billing address and other financial information relating to the transaction, order number, name and contact details, information on your purchase/return/refund or other request and any other communication records, so we can process your order.

• When you communicate with us: We may also collect your name, email address, other contact details you provide, IP address and any communications content between us.

• When you subscribe to our newsletters: We may collect your name, email address and information on how you interact with our promotional communication (such as whether or not you have opened the email or clicked a contained link).

• When you follow our social media accounts or interact with us in any other way: We may collect your profile information, the content and details of the timing of the communication exchanged or other Personal Information as required to respond to your request. 3. Personal Information We Obtain From Third Parties

We may obtain Personal Information about you from third parties. In particular, if you interact with us through a social media site or third-party service, such as when you like, follow or share imoo content on Facebook, X or other sites, we may receive information from the social network, including your profile information, picture, user ID associated with your social media account and any other information you permit the social network to share with third parties. We may receive Personal Information from our business partners and other third parties that help us update, expand, and analyze our records, identify new customers, and provide Services that may be of interest to you. This means that your Personal Information could be stored in a country that offers a level of protection that may, in certain instances, be less protective of your Personal Information than the country or region in which you are located. We are entitled to refuse requests in whole or in part, and we may refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded, unreasonably repetitive or that require disproportionate technical effort (for instance, requests that require the development of new systems). In addition, we may not respond to requests that directly concern significant issues of public interest or may cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or entities.
