Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing an imoo product.

We are committed to providing after-sales support in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.

If any provision of this Warranty Policy is inconsistent with mandatory requirements under Australian law, the applicable Australian law shall prevail.

1. Warranty Coverage

From the date of purchase, your imoo Watch is covered by the following warranty periods under normal use conditions:

• Main device: 24 months

(The main device refers to the watch body only and does not include the watch strap)

• Charging cable: 6 months

• Other accessories (including watch straps, SIM card covers, manuals, packaging materials, etc.): not covered under warranty

If the purchase date cannot be verified, the warranty period will commence from the 90th day after the product manufacturing date.

30-Day Product Issue Guarantee

If the main device experiences a performance fault caused by non-human factors within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may request:

• A replacement with the same model; or

• A return and refund.

Australian Consumer Law Notice

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In addition to your rights under the ACL, imoo provides a 2-year limited warranty to offer additional support and peace of mind.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Our Commitment

If a product defect occurs within the applicable warranty period, and the issue is not caused by accidental damage, misuse, or external factors, imoo will, at its discretion:

• Replace the product with the same model or an equivalent product of similar value; or

• Provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable or otherwise required under applicable law.

3. Situations Not Covered by Warranty

This warranty does not apply in the following situations:

a. The warranty period has expired;

b. Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or failure to follow product instructions;

c. Damage caused by unauthorised disassembly, repair, modification, or maintenance;

d. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase or warranty documentation, unless the warranty period can otherwise be verified;

e. Warranty documents or product information have been altered or do not match the product;

f. Damage caused by force majeure or external events, including floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning, or similar events;

g. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear to the housing, strap, buckle, or display;

h. Damage caused by the use of incompatible, non-compliant, or self-cut SIM cards;

i. Non-quality-related damage, including but not limited to liquid damage resulting from cracked housings or screens, drops, impacts, crushing, deformation, or improper use;

j. Service interruption or functionality issues caused by telecommunications carriers or network service providers;

k. Damage caused by unauthorised software modifications, rooting, jailbreaking, flashing, or system tampering;

l. Any commitments or promises made by resellers or distributors beyond the scope of this Warranty Policy are not covered by imoo.

4. How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Please provide:

• Valid proof of purchase;

• A description of the issue;

• Relevant photos or videos where applicable.

Step 2: Warranty Review

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the designated return address.

Step 3: Prepare the Device Before Return

Before returning the product, please ensure that:

• The watch has been unlinked from all accounts;

• All personal data has been removed from the device.

imoo is not responsible for any loss, leakage, or recovery failure of personal data remaining on returned devices.

Step 4: Return the Product

Please send the product to the designated address according to the provided instructions.

For approved warranty claims, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed in accordance with applicable policies and Australian Consumer Law requirements.
