1. All participants must register for and log in to an imoo official online store membership account. Eligibility is determined as follows:

(1) Customers who have purchased from the imoo official online store:

Once 40 days have passed from completion of an eligible order, a Referral Code will be automatically issued to the customer, who may then generate their unique Referral Link.

(2) Other customers who have previously purchased an imoo smartwatch:

Customers may upload proof of purchase (up to 3 documents) for manual verification. The verification process takes approximately 3–7 working days. Once the verification is approved, a Referral Code will be automatically issued.

2. Customers who have not passed the account verification process, or whose eligible purchase has not yet reached the required 40-day eligibility period, will not be able to generate a Referral Code or Referral Link.

3. imoo reserves the right to conduct risk-control checks on accounts and programme activities. Where an account is found to have engaged in any violation of these Terms and Conditions, imoo may cancel the customer’s eligibility to participate in the Referral Programme, invalidate all unpaid or already credited Referral Rewards, and restrict the account from participating in imoo promotional activities.

4. For the purposes of the Referral Programme, customers may be considered the same user if they use the same account, email address, device or delivery address.

1. Each Referral Code may be used for a maximum of 10 Eligible Orders for qualifying smartwatches. Once the limit of 10 Eligible Orders has been reached, the Referral Code will automatically expire and no further Referral Rewards will be accumulated.

2. The Referral Programme is valid for one year, from 26 August 2026 to 26 August 2027, inclusive. Once the Programme ends, all Referral Codes will expire and can no longer be used.

A Referral Code must be generated and successfully redeemed during the Programme Period.

If an eligible order was completed before the Programme began but reaches the 40-day eligibility requirement after the Programme has started, the customer may participate in the Programme once the Referral Code is generated.

If an eligible order was completed during the Programme Period but has not reached the 40-day eligibility requirement by the end of the Programme, no Referral Code will be generated for that order for participation in this Programme, unless otherwise expressly stated on the campaign page.

Customers who are required to complete manual verification must submit their proof of purchase for verification during the Programme Period.

3. Eligible Orders include only the qualifying smartwatches specified on the relevant campaign page. Accessories, value-added services and other non-qualifying products do not count towards Eligible Orders and do not generate Referral Rewards.

4. The participating smartwatch models and applicable referral discount are subject to the information displayed on the relevant campaign page at the time of participation. The current referral discount is 15% OFF.

5. A Referred Customer may use only one Referral Code per order. The Referral Code discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers on the imoo official online store.

6. In principle, the same customer may redeem the same Referral Code only once. If the relevant order is subsequently cancelled or returned, the redemption record for that Referral Code will generally not be restored automatically. This restriction applies only to eligibility for the promotional discount under the Referral Programme.

1. Reward amount:

For each eligible smartwatch successfully purchased using the Referrer’s Referral Code, the Referrer will receive €15 referral credits. Where multiple qualifying smartwatches are purchased in a single order, the Referral Reward will be calculated based on the number of qualifying units purchased (number of units × €15 referral credits per unit).

2. Reward issuance:

When a Referred Customer successfully places an order using a Referral Code, the applicable Referral Reward will be automatically credited to the Referrer’s account once the order has completed the 40-day reward settlement period.

imoo’s 30-day commercial return policy does not affect consumers’ statutory rights under applicable EU and Member State law, including any statutory right of withdrawal, refund, legal guarantee or other mandatory consumer rights.

The applicable start date for the reward settlement period will be as specified on the relevant campaign page.

3. Referral Rewards apply only to Eligible Orders for qualifying smartwatches. Accessories and value-added services do not qualify for Referral Rewards.

4. If a Referred Customer’s order is fully returned and refunded, the order will be deemed an ineligible order and the corresponding Referral Reward will not be issued. If an order is partially returned or refunded, imoo may deduct the corresponding portion of the Referral Reward in accordance with these rules.

5. If a qualifying order is returned, whether before or after the Referral Reward has been credited, imoo reserves the right to cancel and recover the corresponding Referral Reward.

1. Validity period:

Each referral credit is valid for 365 days from the date it is credited to the customer’s account. Any unused referral credit will automatically expire after this period and cannot be reinstated.

2. Expiry reminders:

The system will send reminder emails 30 days and 7 days before a referral credit expires.

3. Order of use:

When referral credit is used at checkout, the system will automatically apply the referral credit that expires earliest first.

4. Combination with other offers:

Referral credit may be used together with coupons offered on the imoo official online store, but cannot be used together with or to offset the 15% OFF Referral Code discount.

5. Redemption limit:

Referral credit may cover a maximum of 80% of the amount actually paid for a single order. The customer must pay at least 20% of the purchase price.

6. Scope of use:

Referral credit may only be used to offset the purchase price of products on the imoo official online store. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or redeemed for cash, and no change will be given.

7. Customers may choose whether to use their available referral credit at checkout. The system does not support customers specifying a customised amount of referral Credit to be applied.

1. Once an eligible customer’s order has been completed and 40 days have elapsed, the customer may copy their unique Referral Link and the corresponding promotional copy directly from their personal account.

2. No self-referral:

Customers may not use their own Referral Code to place an order for themselves. A Referral Code may only be shared with and used by another customer.

Orders resulting from self-referral will not generate Referral Rewards.

Where imoo reasonably verifies repeated, intentional or systematic attempts to circumvent the Programme rules, including through technical means, imoo may further restrict the customer’s eligibility to participate and take appropriate action in accordance with the violation-handling procedures under these Terms and Conditions.

3. The promotional discount under the Referral Programme may only be accessed and redeemed through the dedicated Referral Link. Referral Codes cannot be redeemed through standard product detail pages on the imoo official online store.

1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, imoo reserves the right to modify the Programme mechanism, Programme period, promotional benefits or other Programme conditions based on operational requirements.

Such changes will generally apply only to new referral activities and new orders occurring after the changes take effect and will not affect rights or benefits that have already arisen or become vested before the effective date.

Material changes will be announced in advance on the relevant campaign page through reasonable means.

2. The discount applicable to an order, Referral Reward amount, participating products and other material Programme conditions will be determined by the information clearly displayed on the campaign page at the time the relevant order is placed or the referral activity occurs.

Subsequent updates to the campaign page will not retroactively reduce rights or benefits that have already arisen in respect of an order or referral activity.

1. The following activities are prohibited: placing fraudulent orders, creating accounts in bulk, selling or reselling Referral Codes, using technical means to circumvent Programme restrictions, or engaging in any other conduct that constitutes material fraud, abuse or misuse of the Referral Programme.

2. To prevent fraud and abuse, imoo may use multiple reasonable risk indicators to conduct verification and risk assessments, to the extent permitted under applicable data protection laws.

A single factor, such as a shared address, shared device or identical contact information, will generally not be used as the sole basis for determining that a customer has violated these Terms and Conditions.

Where there is a reasonable indication of abnormal or high-risk activity, imoo may temporarily suspend the relevant promotional discount or Referral Reward while conducting a review. Any final action taken will be proportionate to the nature and severity of the relevant conduct.

3. Customers may request a manual review through imoo’s Customer Service channels. Customer Service will provide feedback within 7 working days of receiving the request.

1. Account, proof-of-purchase, order, delivery, device and risk-control data collected or processed in connection with the Referral Programme will only be processed for specified purposes and on a lawful basis, and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including requirements relating to data minimisation, accuracy, retention and security.

2. Where proof of purchase is required to verify eligibility for the Referral Programme, customers should provide only the information necessary to verify the purchase. Before uploading the document, customers may redact their name, detailed address, payment information and other personal information that is not relevant to the eligibility verification.

3. Proof of purchase submitted by customers will be used solely to verify eligibility for participation in the Referral Programme and will not be used for marketing, profiling or other unrelated purposes. Once the verification process has been completed, imoo will delete the uploaded proof-of-purchase documents and will not retain the document files.

4. The legal basis for processing the above information is that such processing is necessary for the performance of the customer’s request to participate in the Referral Programme. Except where disclosure is necessary to service providers involved in completing the eligibility verification, imoo will not disclose the uploaded proof-of-purchase documents to other third parties.

5. Customers may contact imoo through the contact details published by imoo to exercise their applicable data protection rights, including the rights to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as well as any other rights available under applicable data protection laws.
