We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please review the following shipping policy for details regarding delivery times, shipping fees, and other relevant information.
1. Shipping Areas & Delivery Time
We currently ship to Germany and selected European Union countries.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays.
2. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We currently ship to the following countries:
Ireland, Spain, Germany, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Bulgaria.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain remote areas.
• Certain restricted items may not be deliverable to specific locations.
3. Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or special delivery conditions. Any such fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of delivery.
We will assist you in coordinating with the carrier and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Order Modification or Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

8. Shipping Notes
• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
• Orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed.
• If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. We will assist in coordinating with the carrier where possible.
If a request to change the delivery address is made after shipment, we cannot guarantee that the change can be completed. Any additional risks or costs arising from such changes may be borne by the customer.

9. Delivery Delays & Liability Disclaimer
Delivery may be delayed under the following circumstances:
1. Remote areas may require an additional 1–3 business days for delivery;
2. Delays or failed delivery due to recipient-related issues, including but not limited to:
o incorrect or incomplete address
o changes to address after shipment
o invalid contact details
o refusal to accept the package
3. Force majeure events, including but not limited to:
transportation disruptions, extreme weather, government actions, changes in postal policies, war, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, or similar events;
4. Items restricted from air transport due to aviation security regulations;
5. Packages detained or destroyed due to violations of shipping regulations;
6. Delivery disruptions during weekends, public holidays, or peak seasons;
7. Delivery addresses where access is restricted (e.g. schools, offices, gated communities where couriers cannot enter).
10. Inspection & Acceptance
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If the package is visibly damaged or deformed, we recommend that you do not accept or open it, and contact imoo customer support immediately.
Once the package has been signed for (by you or an authorized recipient), it will be considered accepted in terms of condition, quantity, and contents.
To protect your rights, we strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video and checking the contents against the packing list.
If any items are missing or damaged, please contact imoo customer support within 24 hours of delivery, so that we can assist you promptly.
