Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing our product. We are committed to providing after-sales service in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.

If any provision of this Warranty Policy conflicts with mandatory local laws, such laws shall prevail.

1. Warranty Coverage

From the date of purchase, your imoo watch is covered by the following statutory warranty under normal use conditions:

Main device: 24 months

(The main device refers to the watch body, excluding the strap)

Charging cable: 6 months

Other accessories (including strap, SIM card cover, user manual, etc.): not covered under warranty

If the purchase date cannot be verified, the warranty period will be calculated from the 90th day after the manufacturing date.

Within 30 days from the date of purchase, if the main device develops a performance defect not caused by misuse or external damage, you may request:

• a replacement with the same model, or

• a return and refund.

Note:

This product is covered by a minimum 2-year statutory warranty within the European Union.

In certain EU Member States, consumers may be entitled to a longer warranty period (e.g. 3 years), subject to applicable local laws.

2. Our Commitment

If a defect arises within the warranty period (excluding damage caused by misuse or external factors), we will:

• Replace the product with the same model or a product of equivalent value; or

• If replacement is not possible, provide a refund of the purchase price.

3. Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

a. The warranty period has expired;

b. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow the product instructions;

c. Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or maintenance;

d. Absence of valid proof of purchase or warranty documentation (unless the warranty period can otherwise be verified);

e. Altered or illegible warranty documents, or mismatch between product and documentation;

f. Damage caused by force majeure events (e.g. flood, fire, earthquake, lightning);

g. Normal wear and tear (including casing, strap, buckle, display, etc.);

h. Damage caused by using improperly cut or modified SIM cards;

i. Non-quality-related damage, including but not limited to water damage caused by external breakage, drops, impact, deformation, or improper use;

j. Service interruptions or functionality issues caused by telecom operators or network providers;

k. Damage caused by unauthorized software modification (e.g. rooting, flashing, or system tampering);

l. Any commitments made by resellers that exceed the scope of this Warranty Policy are not covered by imoo.

4. How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at: support@imoo.com

b. Provide valid proof of purchase and warranty documentation for verification;

c. After approval, you will be instructed to return the product to the designated address;

d. Before returning the device, please ensure that:

• the watch is unlinked from your account, and

• all personal data has been deleted.

imoo is not responsible for any data loss or data leakage resulting from failure to do so;

e. For eligible warranty claims, you may apply for reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs from the original seller, subject to their policy.
