It can withstand pressure equivalent to 20 meters of static water depth for up to 10 minutes. It also meets IP68 protection requirements under the following test conditions: still fresh water, water depth of 2 meters; test duration of 30 minutes; and a temperature difference between the water and the device not exceeding 5°C.

7. The Z7 is suitable for use in shallow water activities such as swimming in pools or at the beach. It is not suitable for use in showers with detergents, diving, hot springs, saunas, high-speed water flow, or deep water activities, as these may damage or degrade the water-resistant structure. After use in seawater, it is recommended to rinse the device slowly with fresh water and dry it thoroughly. Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may decrease due to drops, impacts, or contact with chemicals. 11. All-Day Mood Tracking: Mood detection can classify the mood as positive (positive emotion), neutral (calm emotion), or negative (negative emotion). Accurate mood tracking requires the watch to be worn correctly for 10 minutes and for the user to be in a non-active state.

12. Heart Rate Monitoring: The PPG sensor measures the number of pulse waves at the wrist to estimate the user's heart rate. The measurement range is 60-240 BPM, with a measurement error of 3 BPM in a resting state.
